The Plastic isn't as strong as years …
The Plastic isn't as strong as years ago. Customer service wanted to charge me extra to take a phone order and or void shipping charges. I felt if as I was annoying them by placing a phone order.

We try very hard to add every car to our store online, but sometimes, phone calls are necessary, and we welcome them! We apologize if you felt anything but welcomed when calling in and would like to look further into your issue regarding the mat strength. In regards to shipping costs, we do not charge for standard shipping. In fact, it's free on all orders! However, if you do want to expedite your order's shipment, those costs are applied.
