An excellent product, which is precisely what you'd said it would be! I was hesitant to try the mats, because I love the look of the carpet. My husband talked me into them, and I've been thrilled with the results! Thank you, Charlotte Dalbey

They were very cheap looking
Response from ExactMatsSep 12, 2017
Hi Robert, We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your mats. However, we're glad that our Quality Guaranty allowed for you to return the mats for a full refund. While we are not positive what about the mats looked less than high quality to you, we do want to confirm that our mats are of extreme quality and durability. Many of our customers are repeat buyers who have been coming back for 15-20 years (purchasing a new mat for each new car). We'd love to hear your feedback though! Please give us a call if you have the time so that we can learn what made you unhappy with the product. Thanks!
