Had over 10% bounce rate on what was…
Had over 10% bounce rate on what was supposedly a cleaned list. Edit: I realize all lists have issues, and customer service and sales support with Exact Data has been excellent. I'd probably use them again but realize you're paying for a significant percentage of bad emails.

We take great care to guarantee accuracy & relevancy of our data, attempting to limit any inaccuracies. 90% deliverability is higher than industry standard and we know no database is perfect, which is why have data assurance policy in place & are happy to replace records not meeting expectations. If you have any specific examples of discrepancies or concerns our customer service reps are available to assist with updates, replacements or troubleshoot related issues and to work toward a solution that meets your needs. Tom (our account manager) is amazing. I would personally hire him myself.
Tom (our account manager) is amazing! I highly recommend using Exact Data. Tom has been wonderful and always follows up on any questions I have. I have left all other data companies I work with and solely use Exact Data now because of their customer service. Their lists are reliable and everything is well laid out. THANKS TOM!

Brad Haxton was amazing to work with!!!!
Brad Haxton spent a tremendous amount of time with me to ensure we had a list that will help us target exactly the right people we need to grow our business to the next level. He was patient and his suggestions were spot on. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him and Exact Data again in the future.

I highly recommend their service
I highly recommend their service! I got my leads in a short amount of time; they are very precise about what kind of leads you're going to receive, so that your marketing is very targeted. They were also very prompt with my questions.

Horrendous
Horrendous. Of the 5500 email addresses I paid for, all but 250 bounced and got my account red flagged. I asked for a full refund and did not receive either a full or partial refund. A terrible waste of money and complete rip off and unless I get a refund, your rating from me for those ask is awful.

Hi Tim, First I’d like to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on Exact Data. Good, bad, or otherwise it’s important for us to hear from our customers. Based on the results you’re describing (your account getting red-flagged and low deliverability rates) it appears that you may be using an incompatible deployment platform. Many of the popular email deployment systems don’t allow for the import of third-party email addresses, which is detailed during our order and fulfillment process. That said, we’d be more than happy to assist you in resolving the issue to get your purchased emails deployed using one of our internal platforms. I know that we’d previously been working to provide a resolution and have not heard back in the last several weeks. We’d be more than happy to assist you again and resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
