For transparency to our audience: • Your Suriname eVisa application was submitted on May 23, 2026 at 5:15 AM under our Premium Processing (Single Entry) package, which carries a 12–24 working hour processing time. • Your approved eVisa was successfully delivered the same day at 5:26 PM — well within the promised SLA and one full day before your scheduled flight. • This review is marked as a verified review, and review invitations are only sent after an application outcome has been delivered successfully. At no stage was your application ignored, lost, or unprocessed. Regarding the confirmation email, sometimes emails may appear in spam/junk folders depending on the email provider. Additionally, our customer care team was fully available and could have immediately assisted had you contacted us regarding any communication concern. Because of this, we do not believe a 1-star review describing our service as a “scam” is justified after receiving the approved eVisa successfully and on time. Regarding the confirmation email and ID number, our system automatically sends this message immediately after application submission to all applicants. In some cases, it may be delivered to the spam or junk folder depending on the email provider, so we always recommend checking those folders as well. If it was missed, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We also understand your concern regarding processing time, especially for expedited service. While we always prioritize urgent applications, delays can occasionally occur due to high volumes of applications in queue at government immigration authorities, as well as ongoing global geopolitical tensions, which in some cases affect overall processing capacity worldwide.
