Good communication but slow process
Communication was easy and the team was responsive, which I appreciated. However, the overall process took much longer than expected. Improving processing times would make the experience much better.

While we always aim to ensure timely submissions and updates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as high volumes of applications in queue or external geopolitical situations affecting processing by the authorities. That said, such instances are not very common, and most applications are completed within the expected timeframe.
