What a night mare. air has been broken for 4 months. still expect rent and don’t fix paid for amenities. extremely poor customer service and always switch coordinators and don’t answer basic questions. sneak in hidden fees. awful. horrible mold infested house with 90 degrees due to house not having insulation in the attic and the unit just struggling. horrible.

Horrible company to tenants and owners. if I could leave zero stars I would. Communication and customer service is awful and they tell you that you will receive your security deposit back within 30 days, but do not follow through with that. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.
