These are not accurate
These are not accurate. I did the Hba1c test to track my blood sugar. The results came back at 6.4, which is the highest end of prediabetic. I immediately made an appointment with my primary care doctor to do a full blood panel and my hba1c came back 5.2 and "perfectly normal" per my doctor! I've had the absolutely most stressful two weeks mentally preparing to have to deal with diabetes and it was completely unnecessary.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Generally speaking, there are a number of reasons that may explain any differences between any two sets of lab results—from differences between sample types (e.g., dried blood spot, saliva, venipuncture, etc.) and testing methodologies, to time or changes in lifestyle between testing. That said, accuracy is very important to us, and we'd like to escalate this and dig in a bit further to help you to figure this out. Please reach out to us at [email protected] Thank you again!
