Easy to use. Free replacement when I messed up the first sample. Quick service. I’m a little disappointed that the foods tested were not as broad as I had hoped. I did learn a lot about foods to eat in limited quantities.

If you don't mind waiting a few days to get your kit (I think mine took 4 days) this is a great option! I took it and my results were posted in a couple of days. Great customer service too because I had concerns with my test and they promptly responded and offered to make things rights without charging me again.

Convenience, but it is very expensive, the results were that I didn't have any allergies but my eyes continue to itch and tear too much.

Food sensitivity test was easy and results were emailed quickly. I would give it 5 stars but I am not 100 percent sold that it is accurate.

Worked well but took 8 days to get to lab. Maybe the packaging needs to be more robust. Turnaround time would have been a lot faster if it didn't go USPS and stop at every post office along the way.

I love that you give good instructions and the results come back pretty quickly. I don’t love the size needle in the lances both times I’ve pricked my finger it bled excessively and it was sore for over a week and bruised badly. I think if you had a finer needle it would be helpful.

Although the discomforts associated with a blood prick are very low, bruising and pain are a slight risk any time the skin is broken. Bruising typically goes away in a few days. However, if you experience prolonged bruising (over a week), we suggest following up with a doctor. I received results in record time. My only complaint was the shipping back to the lab took over a week. If there’s a faster shipping option a 5 out of 5 would be appropriate.
