My first kit did not come with the envelope I was supposed to send my sample back in. I emailed them asking if I could put it in a Ziploc baggie with Sticker, identifying collection date, and my info I was told yes that would be fine. Waited a week for to get shipped to the lab and start to be processed then was told thats not allowed and they would send me a new box. Ended with over a two week delay because of this. Once my simple got to the lab, the second time the result only took a couple days, which was nice. I do like that the results are now on my account and I show this to my doctor if needed. The other thing I’ve been frustrated with in my first month shipment is if you log into the account, you have no way of verifying if you have signed up for a membership or when your next billing cycle is going to be.

I was very happy with the testing process. It did take a very long time to get the results back. The part that I am really disappointed in is I paid extra to get advice from am expert. I attended the appointment and the lady was rude to me, rushed me and barely listened to me. I did tell her that I felt unfulfilled with that particular service.

Don’t use this for anything where you need results quickly. They use USPS for shipping so it took almost two weeks from the time I dropped my test in the mail (8am on a Monday) til the time I got my results (Friday of the following week). Otherwise the process is simple, easy and accurate.

Very slow service.
