Do not recommend for anyone in need of a COVID test quick!
Purchased a COVID test off their website and paid $30 extra for express delivery (1-3 days). They didn't ship the test until 4 days after the order date and now refuse to refund me for a test I wasn't even able to use as my flight was on the day it was shipped. Do not recommend, at all!

Complete scam
Complete scam. I really should have checked Trustpilot first. I was in the middle of a miserable month of ragweed allergies and my test came back as basically no allergies. The fact that they covered their terrible science legally by the following sentence: "If you are currently experiencing symptoms, keep in mind they may not be IgE mediated" just makes me a little more angry that I wasted A LOT of money. I hope there's a class action lawsuit I can join in the future.

Unactionable data...
The test doesn't give you anything that you can action. They just suggest and even clearly state that the results don't mean anything without further testing (elimination diets). I feel like I wasted a ton of money!
You will probably get better results with a food journal.
Oh, and this is NOT an allergy test. It'd be better titled a "possible sensitivity but we don't actually know" test.

Everlywell is a Scam
Just a few weeks ago I purchased an Everly Well Food Sensitivity Test for my partner Pamela Ravenwood. I gave it to her and she took the test, sending in her blood samples. Online she received a list of foods she WAS sensitive to, and foods NOT sensitive to. My partner already knew she was incredibly allergic and sensitive to all nuts and seeds, but wanted to see if there were other foods to avoid. The results came in and were completely bogus. It said that my partner was not at all sensitive to nuts or seeds. Thinking the test was accurate and perhaps she no longer had a sensitivity to nuts, she ate just one bite of organic almond butter (essentially just crushed almonds, no other ingredients). Within minutes her face swelled up, her throat swelled, she had a rash across her face and neck and could not stop sneezing. For fear of her throat closing she drank liquid Benedryl right away. It took hours for the face swelling to go down, and the remaining side effects stayed with her for almost a week. She was sneezing uncontrollably, her face was swelled and should could only eat liquid food for 48 hours. The test is completely inaccurate. I contacted Everly Well as I was the buyer of the product and explained the situation. They have not provided a refund. I then had Pam email them with information about her nut allergy and they still would not provide a refund. I am submitting this claim to get a full refund of $103 from this company that provides inaccurate testing and almost sent my partner to the Emergency Room. I have attached copies of the test results showing that Almonds nor Peanuts were a sensitivity food. Not even at the MILD level.

This company is a SCAM!!
Before I begin with my experience. It’s important to note that if you post a review on their website, it will be “under review” before posting so they clearly don’t post any negative reviews. They probably also pay people to write positive reviews and have a team that takes down negative ones online. It’s very hard to find any negative ones unless you go to unbiased sites such as this one. Really shady business!! I have never written such a bad review about a company, but I feel like this needs to be public information to maybe save someone else from having to deal with this. In august I bought their food sensitivity test, and I also got one from another company. I submitted both of them, and Everywell came back with no results at all, it said everything was in the green zone, while the other came back with a lot of very accurate (in my opinion) results. I brought both tests to my yearly check up and the doctor confirmed the results of the other test and we discussed a diet plan from there. I decided to email Everlywell, thinking they would understand my frustration and give me a refund. They absolutely did not. They are trained to type these long emails with irrelevant information trying to make them seem intelligent and like they are giving real medical advice. It is an absolute scam to keep from giving you a refund. They also told me they didn’t offer refunds after test results are submitted, and that I could learn more about my test results on their website. Even though there WERE NONE. It was complete bs. After a lot of back and forth, they gave me a partial refund, so I decided to just dispute it with my bank. Well, here’s where it gets better. My bank sided with me, refunded them the partial refund of $103 and refunded me the whole amount of $207. When they did that, Everlywell reached out to me again to harass me! They said they were unsure of why I was disputing after I got a partial refund, sent me the copy of the email stating I got a partial refund, and asked for more information. I responded and reiterated AGAIN that I already expressed multiple times that this test did not give me any results at all, and that I wasn’t willing to argue back and forth with them over a refund. I told them that the partial refund was returned back to them by my bank account, and then I was refunded the whole amount by them at the same time. I sent them screenshotted proof, told them that we are even and I would like them to stop contacting me. To that they responded that they “don’t see” the partial refund returned to them, and that they still don’t offer full refunds, explained useless info about their test, and said they’ll submit more info to my bank to fight my already closed dispute. I literally can’t believe this is happening, and sorry for such a long review, but I really want to warn other people away from this company so hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else because they are ruthless and this is a big waste of time.

Does not reveal true food allergies.
My wife and I each took this test. I am not one to leave non-positive feedback, but this warrants it. My test showed that I have high "reactivity" to eggs and egg yolks. I eat a lot of eggs each morning. Other, lesser "reactive" foods were ones that I also eat, but not every day. My wife's results were even less impressive. She is highly intolerant/sensitive to all dairy. We were hoping to find other possible sensitivities she may have to help her with weight loss. Her results showed NO allergy to dairy - she doesn't eat it at all. It did, however, show that she also has a sensitivity, or "reactivity", to eggs, which she also eats every day. As I see it, this test shows nothing more than what foods you eat the most of. It has nothing to do with any food allergies you may have. This was proven by absolutely no mention of a dairy allergy my wife has, that she for sure has. After discussing this test with a physician friend of ours, she said that the only way to really determine allergies is via a skin sensitivity test from a dermitologist. I do not like leaving non-positive feedback, but I have to convey the truth about our experience and result.
