I purchased a women’s health kit. I scanned the box to register my kit and was sent to a website with a video that said “fill all circles on all cards that are provided.” The women’s health kit comes with two (24 total circles), so I did. Afterwards, I noticed the written instructions were different, and the two cards needed blood from different days due to timing with my menstrual cycle, so I stabbed my fingers for nothing. I get mailed a new kit. I do everything correctly and mail it in. Then come back and say they can’t run it because the last saliva sample (you need 4) had food coloring in it from a dessert I ate 2 hours prior to the collection. Again, the instructions said NOTHING about food coloring or food debris possibly being a problem. It said “don’t brush your teeth prior to collection,” which I didn’t. Silly me for following the misleading instructions. What lab can’t run a sample on saliva with a smidge of food coloring anyway? Oh well, not a big deal, they can just run the blood I worked so hard to get and I’ll send in my saliva from my next menstrual cycle, right? NOPE. This company is incapable of running the blood part now & the new saliva from next cycle later. Hormones will be the exact same if taken the same day of the cycle a month later, but apparently it’s easier for them to just reject everything. Oh, and they threw away my DNA immediately without my permission. I’ve wasted so much time & stabbed & squeezed my fingers a dozen times due to this company’s lack of instructions and poor operating procedures. They only offered a full refund after I pointed out how flawed they are. Stay away from this company.

It is very difficult to get enough blood to land on a space that is smaller than a postage stamp. Once you use the lancet your blood may or may not flow where you want it to. I also find their website to be confusing and their FAQs are sometimes vague and do not cover all the possible scenarios that could happen. My opinion is that this company is not prepared to operate in a proficient manner and does not have the capacity to provide a service that requires medical expertise. I suggest leaving blood work to the professionals and not waste your money on a company that seems to be in an experimental stage.

This is the worst item. It is almost impossible to follow the rules. No one can get that much blood out of one finger. Please people read reviews and do NOT buy this. Plus I didn't know it had to be mailed in or I would NEVER have bought. Worst product ever. Thanks for ripping an old lady off.

Everlywell food sensitivity test is very vague does not help at all damn sure isn't worth the money it's all crap. If you waste your money on this all I can say is good luck.

I am writing this review for one reason only - the tests are misleading. I purchased this set to learn what foods I was sensitive to. What I didn't know was that it would only show results for foods that I ate regularly. I didn't know this until I received my results and written across the top of the document, highlighted in green, is that the test only takes note of foods you regularly eat. I searched the website for notes about this and found only one - buried in the FAQs. In the instructions it does 'recommend' that you eat the foods you are concerned about for 2-4 weeks before the test but that is only a recommendation. Furthermore, the website doesn't not let me write a review. Many other people noted this misleading problem but still gave the product a 4 or 5 so I am wondering if Everlywell only posts positive reviews. I reached out to Everlywell and received an email back pointing to me to the one mention buried in the FAQs. AND according to them, out of 260 foods, I only have a light sensitivity to almonds. Which I know is patently untrue. DON'T buy this and tell all your friends not to buy it. They are scam artists and should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered the Food Sensitivity Comprehensive Test in December 2021. I read the entire website description and "Questions" section at the bottom of that page. I also read the prep emails, including the "Don't collect your sample before reading this!" email. Only AFTER I took the test and received the results did Everlywell state on the results page, with an (!): "This Food Sensitivity Test only detects foods that you have consumed recently." The website description states that 204 common foods are tested, but does not state that it only tests "regularly-eaten" foods, as was emailed to me today after I contacted Everlywell about this issue. I explained that had they been upfront about that, I would have prepared differently for the test. I asked for a refund or a replacement sent now that I know more than what is INCLUDED on their web page for this test. They refused and were actually quite condescending. Their advertisement and instructions are misleading and lacking in information. Additionally, the test results stated that I have a reaction to one food: bell peppers. I absolutely hate bell peppers and that is most certainly not a "regularly-eaten" food and most definitely not something in my diet over the prior month. I would not recommend this company and especially not that test to anyone.

I ordered Covid test on Monday and paid for expedited shipping. When nothing had happened by Wednesday I tried to email to cancel. After a day I was sent a request for info that was in the first email. I sent it again and didn’t hear anything until I checked the shipping status and it showed a UPS label was created on Friday. The status didn’t change until Sunday and on Monday it was delivered. Very shortly after delivery I got an email apologizing and telling me that the express charges would be refunded....shame on you for the deceptive practices and UNBELIEVABLY bad service. I would rate you lower if I could. Matt
