Super easy experience! I am terrified of getting blood drawn and needles are my worst enemy. So the fact that my test came with lancets PETRIFIED me. It took a while to get the courage but I worked up the nerve pricked my finger and it was literally painless. Once I was done I sealed up my collected samples sent em in and within 24 hours of them receiving it my results were posted. The fact that I can do this from the comfort of my own home and get results back extremely quickly is amazing and saves a trip to the doctor.

I do this test every year since 2021 to find out my food sensitivities. The testing is easy and you will get the results in just 3 to 4 days at the most. I just remembered the foods to avoid and removed them from my diet. It worked for me because I have leaky gut issues. It affected my hands more than anything else and I never had the blisters and bleeding cracks as long as I followed the same diet, omitting the "poisonous ingredients" in my diet.
