When I requested my first test I received the test packet and sent in my blood sample. Everlywell responded that I had not included my registration number with my blood sample and they sent me a registration number and an online way to include it with my blood sample, which I did. The results showed that my testosterone level was high and Everlywell indicated their concern about the testosterone level. I thought that maybe I had some testosterone on finger when I did the prick for the blood sample, so I tried again. That time the results showed that while at the upper level, my testosterone level was only marginally higher than than the standard level. I appreciate the genuine help and concern that Everlywell showed for me. They care. That's why I'll keep using their testing service.

It's very expensive first. Second, the instructions were difficult to understand. Luckily, I had underwent a hysterectomy like a day after receiving the kit, so my cycle timing didn't matter but when I was going to do the cycle method I couldn't understand really when to start. Lastly, I had to research on your website the timing for the collections because the saliva wasn't clear either in the printed one. Overall I'm pleased with the results as it's helped me confirm suspicions. Thank you.
