The shipping took a lot longer than I…
The shipping took a lot longer than I thought it would. When I payed for expedited shipping I expected better than USPS Ground Shipping my sample to the lab to the lab. I dont even trust these results now like I should have just gone to a clinic. Thanks for the service but I wont do that again, or recommend it.

The Everlywell charged me $299 for a product I can get on Amazon for $80 cheaper.

Good product but important info missing
I really liked the website experience, it’s clean and professional. Your kits are very professional, and have what they need and more. There was a delay on my results but I didn’t really mind this. I understand these things take a long time sometimes. The main thing I didn’t like was that in my kit, “woman’s health” there were 2 separate days I sampled my blood, however in my results it wasn’t labeled which markers belonged to which day. As you can imagine it makes doing my research difficult since I don’t know what levels were on what days. I think this is very important information to include. Maybe make the test results on 2 separate pages ( based on dates). I still hope to find out, or try to figure out which of my blood tests belonged to the first sample and which ones belonged to the second sample. Please let me know if you can help with that.

Testing not as comprehensive as first thought.
Out of 95 food groups I was found to be sensitive to only two. I know personally I am effected by more than this, so not sure how confident I am in results.

The process was smooth
The process was smooth. I had results come back high on the metabolism test and luckily had a doctor's appt that same week. I was able to get the doctor to retest and everything came back normal. So good news is I am fine, bad news if you don't have the ability to get retested than it could provide worry.

More preparation info needed prior to purchase.
Description prior to purchase did not talk enough about the need to have recent exposure to foods being tested.

Thank you for your feedback! To clarify, it is not necessary to adjust your diet prior to your test. That said, IgG reactivity breaks down over time. So, if you have avoided a specific food for a while, it may show up as a lower reactivity in your results. We'd never recommend eating foods that cause negative symptoms; it's important to understand that if you're not currently eating a food, it's not likely to be behind your current symptoms. The test are self explanatory and easy…
The test are self explanatory and easy shipping along with the customer service is wonderful. However, I believe that the lab numbers are completely off! I went and did a redo test on this lab work and it was completely different.
