DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I made the mistake of uploading my insurance card on my profile and since they do not take my insurance they will not let me speak to a doctor via telehealth even though I clicked the option more than once to pay out of pocket. They say every time that I call that they have flagged my account and will send it to the higher ups. It’s been weeks and I haven’t heard anything. Every time I call they say the same thing. How hard is it to just delete the insurance information so I can make an appointment??!! I can’t delete it myself I’ve obviously tried that. This place is a scam!

There report lacked any detail and told me a testosterone level of 522 was probably because I was on steroids. They suggested I contact a doctor. That level is more than normal for some in great shape and 56 years old. Since then I have received three unsolicited calls from medical centers to help me with my test. I would warn anyone about using this company.

Online provider spent 5 minutes on the phone. Took them 3 times to request the correct testing panel I asked for. Got a blood test for STIs after 3 weeks of trying to correct the lab request, got a call two days after the test stating I was positive for HBV. Middle of the call I get asked if I ever got vaccinated and the call cuts midway. They never called back after getting cut off, never explained the results properly. Had to go to my regular gyno who told me I was positive for immunity meaning I’ve been vaccinated and negative for the virus. Complete and total waste of money, just go to your regular provider and save yourself the anxiety and headache!

I purchased 4 tests last year and they are still giving me the run around on 2 of the results. I received only 2 results back. Not happy at all.

Terrifyingly Inaccurate Results All this company does is work on sales and marketing, it has a terrible product. I will never recommend anyone to use their service and instead advice them to AVOID EverlyWell. All they want is your money, they do not care about your satisfaction whatsoever. Ultalabs on the other hand provides more lab test options at the same or better price. You go in person to a legitimate lab to get your blood drawn and then they handle the rest on site (very localized locations since they are partnered with Quest diagnostics). Save your time and money and go with them or a similar company. EverlyWell was a waste.

i am still waiting for my test results. i sent via UPS on 12/11/23 and its 1/4/24. the ap says processing 12/24/23. Disappointed turnaround time even though they say its 2 to 5 business days.

I wish that I saw these reviews before purchasing. I sent out my test 7 days ago and it still has not been received at the lab. So at this point will my urine sample even be accurate??? I used another company before and was able to get my results within 4 days. It would also be nice to have my results sooner to ease my anxiety. Hopefully they will give me a refund because this is ridiculous.

The first time I sent out the kit you lost it you kindly replaced it I clicked on register several times on your website nothing happened I assumed by clicking I was registered now I requested my money back because twice I've tried and nothing's happened and you want to take $15 from me in order for a refund for your horrible service I have to pay?
