Not worth the money!!
I let my hope get in the way because I truly didn't believe that this test was worth the money or the trouble of pricking my fingers. First, I wasn't aware that sensitivities would only show up if that specific food had been in your system recently. I would think that given a blood sample was taken the results would be able to span a bit further. I know that this could be seen as a good thing for some people but out of the 204 foods tested I only showed "abnormal" for 22 which immediately seemed inaccurate. Then on the other hand there were foods that I already knew I had sensitivities or intolerances for that showed up as normal. I had already noted that I had celiac disease yet gluten and wheat showed up as mild sensitivities and then barley, malt, and rye were either also mild or in the normal range. I feel as though this test is tough to trust or take seriously when things like this pop-up. One other area that needs help is the explanation or description of each food and the specific category they may fall into. For example, it was shown that I had a moderate sensitivity to cow's milk, which I had suspected given recent encounters and the fact I had noted lactose intolerance. The explanation was just that only the protein was tested and not the actual lactose (sugar). They continued by suggesting to cut it out and do the elimination but no real explanation. Overall, I was highly disappointed with this test and was wishing for a more complete report or at least a bit more guidance.
