This company used to be good or at least, better. They used to get your results back to you within the week. Now, you have to wait like 3 weeks. I sent my latest sample in 2 1/2 weeks ago and I JUST got the email that said they are processing my sample because I emailed them. It's also worth mentioning that I did two of their tests with the same blood draw. They weren't the same test but there was crossover with testing some cholesterol numbers. The results from the SAME blood draw, were hugely different. I have one more test with them because I already purchased it and then I'm done.

This company has a terrible turn around time. The website says 5 business day turn around. They received my sample 10/1/24 and did not start processing it until 10/21 then they say another 2-5 business days after this. This company is a joke and I would never do business with them again

Humana sent an Everlywell Hba1c test kit. I followed instructions and returned the test to Everlywell. Today I received an email from Humana and Everlywell stating the test was complete and to log onto the Everlywell website for results. Did every frustrating aspect of creating login information as instructed and, once logged in, could not find test results anywhere. The only information available to me was sales of other testing kits. I tried registering my kit again and received a message it was already registered instead of maybe saying the text was completed and how to access. I will NEVER do another Everlywell test again. Without a doubt, the whole process on the website is so far beyond being user friendly. What a waste of time! After being sent a link through email to confirm it was my account is it really necessary to receive a text with a number to again confirm it is me every time I log on?

I recently had a lab test conducted at Stanford Hospital, which showed a TSH level of 5.4, significantly higher than expected, I would like to request a refund for your test, as it appears to be unreliable. Please let me know how to proceed with this request. Thank you.

I ordered the womens hormone testing. I received my results and a few of the results were alarming. I contacted my Doctors and began supplements based on my results. My Doctor ordered additional hormone tests and repeated the tests you provided. There were major differences in a few of the results. The supplements I began to take, due to your results, could do more harm than good because your results were way out of line. I'm very upset that I paid all this money and received inaccurate results. Also spent money on the incorrect supplements. How can this happen? There is no way that my estradiol can go from 89 (your results) to < 1 in a matter of a week or two. I didn't start the supplements until after my labs were drawn locally. I want a refund!

Website difficult to navigate for orders. Need clear indication for shopping cart and also something clearly designated for "recent orders" or "orders" to view history.

I'm sure this is a really great thing unless you have questions. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. I'd call and get help, one person seemed knowledgeable, but everyone else was of NO help. One of the ladies I got connected with was absolutely getting out of her car. Lol

Test said no sensitivity, which is already know is not accurate.
