Good delivery. Medium size a little on the tight size for me, size 40 inch chest, so ordered large size aswell. Very good quality shirt.

My items arrived in good order. They were well packed and looked to be of very good quality. The women’s fleece lined trousers are especially well made. The trousers I purchased for my husband were stretchy and lightweight but sturdy walking trousers. The only issue we had were that the sizing was out by about two sizes. I contacted customer services and got an almost instant reply from the wonderful Daisy. She fully understood and began the replacement process immediately. Throughout this process Daisy was making contact to keep me updated. Throughout. The replacement items arrived as promised and were a perfect fit for us both. The products we purchased were perfect for winter dog walks. Don’t let the sizing issue put you off buying. The customer service we received was excellent. A well deserved 5*

It's a lovely colour blue, long packable coat, seems very lightweight too. Remains to be seen how warm it will be though, as it's not cold enough to test yet. It took ages to get here so don't order if you're in a rush.

In the end it was good But I ordered wrong USA size So had to try to return coat Pay for postage Pay for you to ck it was ok Pay for you to rebag it ???? But you came good in the end sent much larger size thank you
