EvapolarReviews of evapolar.com

I bought a small portable Evachill a few years back and it still works and is really good to take with you on holidays, especially if you have no idea if your hotel room (for example) has AC. I have now bought an Evalight plus and that seems to work well too. A little more umph than the Evachill. The only minus is the build quality which is a bit flimsy, but other than that, it will keep you cooler on a warm day / night. It's not really a unit for cooling down a large room, but is good to create a cold breeze while you sleep.

I bought an evapolar evaLIGHT plus. It works as intended, and it looks nice, however I am a bit disappointed. But then again, I am using it in a larger room that it is not intended to handle. It helps a little bit with the heat when you point the airflow directly at yourself, but does not cool the ambient air in the slightest. Overall it feels like an overpriced fan ventilator with some cooler air with more maintenance required.

Terrible experience. I have bought an Evapolar cooling box, and it doesn't work properly. I bought it via Mediamarkt MARKETPLACE, and now I cannot return the item as neither Evapolar (who is supposed to be the one responsible for accepting returns based on Marketplace rules) or Mediamarkt is accepting returns, as they have been ping ponging me saying the other is responsible for accepting returns. The customer service is not there, not helpful. AVOID at all costs.

I had ordered two evapolar bottles. One of the kids was missing the rubber ring to tighten the lid causing water to leak. I sent them an email and they immediately sent a replacement. The bottles are great and so sleek.

Product died after only a few times’ use. Did not turn on after plugging in the cable. It’s a lot of money to waste

The customer service team was exceptional. They responded to my request on Memorial Day weekend! And they replaced our Eva-Chiller that had a defect within one week. Most importantly, they did not question my request but rather apologized and immediately corrected the situation. Rare in this day and age. Superlative!

Fantastic service amazing help , air con was not working properly they replaced it straight away , and responded asap fantastic customer service support from them ,

It took a while for someone to get back to me, but once they did I was impressed with the customer service. I got a replacement for my evaChill within days of them reaching out to me. I’ll be honest, getting the email was a complete and pleasant surprise. It had been about six months since I reported the issue.
