I bought two evaSMART in july. Design wise, it is very good, well designed and elegant. It costs more than other devices with similar functionality, but honestly, EvaSMART worth the little extra that i paid. It is effective when you are around 1-2m away from it. It can be controlled by its app that makes everything much easier. Navigating through settings on the device itself is not that easy, But it is not a problem as the app is well designed. The customer service is also very good. One of the units had a problem, after contacting them, they answered within a day. After providing the device ID and a video showing the problem, they said they will send a new one, and they did it whithin a week.

Prompt and efficient service! Responded immediately when my original purchase had a slight problem and all was resolved. Very pleased with my cooling unit.

The best customer support ever!!!! My Evapolar had been working great for years when it suddenly stopped working after I filled it up with fresh water. I emailed customer support and got a reply back right away. They walked me through steps to trouble shot the problem to no avail. They requested that I send in pictures of my Evapolar, a quick video of the issue and the receipt. This was a gift so I had no receipt. To my surprise, they let me know instantly that they would be sending me a replacement and a few days later my new Evapolar arrived.

I ordered 2 evachill units on Friday- super quick delivery, tested them straight away and super easy to use & effective aircon; customer service team were really attentive and quick to respond, will definitely recommend to all my family and friends!

I had ordered two evapolar bottles. One of the kids was missing the rubber ring to tighten the lid causing water to leak. I sent them an email and they immediately sent a replacement. The bottles are great and so sleek.

The customer service team was exceptional. They responded to my request on Memorial Day weekend! And they replaced our Eva-Chiller that had a defect within one week. Most importantly, they did not question my request but rather apologized and immediately corrected the situation. Rare in this day and age. Superlative!
