I was looking forward to getting this product but it really is a pain. The water evaps too fast so you have to keep refilling. The plug doesn't plug easily and it has a funky smell. Not worth the money at all.

The product is ok - a bit overpriced. But the customer service is non-existent. I received a voucher for a half-price cartridge with my unit, but the QR code doesn't work. I've emailed several times to ask for help, and haven't even had an out-of-office or automated reply. A bit rubbish.

The machine itself is ok, not the best, a bit noisy but does the job in a small space. However the customer service is also rubbish! My machine was leaking, they asked me to permanently put a coin between the bottom of the machine and the filter to stop the air gap. When I question that it is a faulty machine, they stopped responding all together! 6 emails in the last 5 weeks with not a single response. The company might as well just go scam people and sell them broken machines.
