The motor came quickly. No instructions. I didn’t have a problem, but some might. I fixed this for a friend, a little disappointed that such a nice bike had the wheel come off and broke the motor wire. I’ve since put in a torque bar. Should have come with one.

I love my new E-bike, great people great deal. However I had to deal with flimsy stripped screw where the handlebar attach to the frame. Those screws are of weak quality, so I had to buy 4 new stainless steel screws way more solid than the ones provided. Also the derailleur needs to be adjusted, the chain was slipping at higher gears. I also would like to see an upgrade of the rear light so as to be more visible especially that I have to rely on a little battery to operate it. Apart from that so far I am happy, specially that I am quite tall and heavy. great brand

Awesome bike so far! Only complaint is the headlight mount doesn't match anything i find on line on this bike. Haven't been able to mount it as it interferes with steering. Have yet to reach out to manufacturer as I haven't had a ton of time to study this issue.

Delivery was timely. Bike seems very heavy duty. Only issue at all was that assembly directions had instruction for some parts that must be on another model. Took me a minute to ensure that this wasn't included with mine. All told, great experience so far. Haven't ridden the bike, other than short distance to make sure everything spins appropriately.

I apologize for the bad user experience. We resent the package to you, there have been delays in packages all over the US lately and it is expected to arrive on the 17th. By the way, to express our apologies, we will give you a refund and you can keep the package. Regarding the brake sound, you can send a video to [email protected] and we will help you to solve the issue.

Brakes need a little adjusting. Headlight should show further off from center good light just no preferable light. Needs better shocks. Improve the seat. No comfortable. Otherwise good bike
