I had a grand total of 37 miles on the battery that came with the bike originally. Stored it inside for the winter. It refused to take a charge when I went to charge it this year. I purchased another battery an it came with a whole mew bracket to install. Obviously your company realized the original batteries where sub par. Ask for some kind of reimbursement and have never gotten a response.

Battery life on the bike does not give you 60+ miles as advertised you'll be lucky if you get 20 out of it

Unsatisfied, the battery that was supposed to be the equivalent to the battery that came with my bike does not seem like an equivalent that has nowhere near the power supposed to be a 48 volt 20 amp seems like the battery that was sent to me is a 48 volt 16 amp. Plus it's bigger and the mounts are different sizes.

I bought an EUY bike about 1 year ago and the motor failed. I contacted EUY support and they said that the S4 motor I need is already no longer available. I essentially have a new EUY bike that is now worthless because they stopped making the S4 motor for it

Sorry for the bad customer experience. Your charging port may be short-circuited. Please wipe the water off the charging port or replace the charger.

No screws, bolts and tools to assembly the child seats and frame!
