I ordered some furniture that was in stock. Once the order was placed, Eurway realized that the specific pieces I wanted were not in fact all in stock and were going to take some weeks to arrive. They asked if I wished to alter the order and just take what was in stock and they would refund the difference. I took them up on this offer as that suited my plans better. They shipped what they had, sent me very clear and concise paperwork and made the refund as they said they would. Well-organized, professional and efficient. I would use them again without hesitation.

They arrived faster than I expected, they were easy to ensamble (even though they are rated as challenge), and price-quality is great. I had to make some changes in my previous order and customer service was awesome.
