Phenomenal experience talking with customer service to fix my broken desk. They sent me a repair leg quickly and efficiently!

Purchased on Amazon; Aerowing Desk; was easy to put together and I have been using it full time for work (at home). I did get the white desk with light white for mouse pad and the desk pad. I would strongly recommend not getting the light version! It picked up every stain, I tried cleaning up coffee spills etc and nothing worked. I reached out to the company and asked for a replacement in black. The shipping cost more than the replacement pads; that was the only thing I was unhappy about. But I do LOVE the new black pads. They were quick to respond and I would recommend this desk to anyone.

We have 4 of their standing desks and have used them for our office for 1-2 years now. They are a great product. We had a small issue with one of them this week, where it was unlevel. i reached out and Marianne was very responsive on their support email, inquired about the concern, referred the query to the tech team and they provided the fix. It took two minutes to rectify based on their recommendation and all is well again. The service and product are both excellent and i would highly recommend them.

We ordered two ergonomic desks from Eureka Ergonomic but one was damaged during transit. I reached out to see about replacing the desktop but we ended up replacing entire desk. I was worried about how the return would go, but I've never seen a quicker response or clearer instructions. I am so impressed by the customer service! I had an issue with a few missing pieces in my order, but the customer service team handled everything wonderfully. They were polite, understanding, and very quick to respond. Best desk I’ve ever owned

I purchased their 72"x23" aero wing desk off facebook and I wanted to purchase a new full tabletop mousepad for the surface as the one that was with the desk I bought was worn out. I couldn't find a new one on their website, so i reached out to their customer support. They asked for the order number or the receipt before they would help me. I explained that I didn't have any of that information as the desk was purchased second hand. I was informed that because i didn't have that information they wouldn't be able to help me get any parts. "For safety and quality reasons, we can only provide replacement parts to verified customers with proof of purchase. Without verification, we cannot guarantee compatibility, safe usage, or proper installation." I guess they really don't want business. I was just looking for a replacement mousepad for one of their best selling desks.
