I dislike that the ink cartiage expire…
I dislike that the ink cartiage expire with out much use and they cleaning as well and the white ink should be moisturizing on its own. I bought the bundle with everything and I just recieved the roll to film and I didn't receive anything to test it. I paid it in full not to even receive anything. I do believe that it was included to the bundle. I know you are coming out with new thing but i think Anker should take their time and include everything like your doing for the ink station but why not take your time and do it so we the customer don't have to purchase more stuff and use that money for material. Please make a feature to print and cut for those that have laser machine. Thank you Eufy for valueing our insight.

You mentioned receiving the film roll but nothing to test it with, and we'd rather verify that against your actual order than guess. On white ink moisturising on its own, and on print-and-cut support for laser machines. Both are useful suggestions, and we've passed them to our product team along with your wider point — that it would be better to take more time and deliver a complete package, rather than having customers buy additional items to fill the gaps.
