Wish I could leave a negative dot. This doesn't deserve anything close to star. Bought items and while in transit prices dropped. Customer services agreed to refund difference of items. I gave order number, yet I'm being asked to send list of the items. I send the list and also the new prices. They delayed replying until the prices change and claim its more expensive now and would only refund an amount way lower than what I calculated. Without providing you any clue what items their refund relates to. Very shady and poor customer service. They close down enquiries several times claiming its being resolved. If you have time and keep emailing they will reply you back then later stop replying and close down again claiming its been resolved. Even when you send evidence they claim they are unable to view it. Just a waste of time and not fit for purpose. Shame this is coming from a reputable brand. Don't waste your time contacting them just return the goddamn items and buy other brands. Even the low refund they never paid it.

I ordered 3 weeks ago. It was despatched and I have been tracking it. It’s supposedly been in the country since 16th November. I can’t get in touch with TR other than email which they have not answered. I am waiting for customs charge which TR should have told me about. I’m not impressed at all.

If looking for true Religion products best do it through brownbag .co.uk shipment fast and easy doing direct sounds like a nightmare. I got my t shirt and was excellent experience with brown bag

I ordered the true logo jogging set on sale at $83.99 for the bottom and $79.99 for the top. 3 weeks later it dropped down to $29.99 each. Imagine my dismay when the price dropped a whole $100. I called customer Service which was closed. I then sent to seperate emails and got no response. It has not neen 30 days yet which is their return policy. All I wanted was a refund or credit for the difference. I would have sent it back, got a refund and repurchased the sale item but, I'm out of town. Very disappointed, I fell like I got robbed. Won't be in a hurry to buy from you all again... Sales only!!

I have placed an order and paid for the shipping delivery which was £15. It’s taken weeks to arrive. And now I have recieved a fee from Royal Mail for £15 which would make delivery total £30. This is not disclosed when purchasing any product. If I do not pay the extra £15 my items will be returned. I have emailed customer services and have had no reply. I have had to email again. I am limited on time for a response about this problem. Yet any contact from them is minimal.

TERRIBLE COMPANY i ordered my jeans for 120% over two months ago i still have not recieved my product or refund I email the customer service ever day to get my refund, they have stopped replying to me and ignore my emails i dont know how to get my money back

I love the product, but I hate the customer service. Every time I order from them I only get one of my items, and it always takes them forever to refund me for the product that they never had in stock that they sold me.
