This was my second time purchasing from morphe. First time round there was a delay on my order but I eventually received it this time I haven’t received a thing. I contacted them a few wks back and they claimed my order was lost & they would send it out again . Then I had an email that one of the items I had purchased (on sale too) had been sold out so they would refund that part of the order & reship the rest. Well here I am two wks later and still no order has been received nor left their warehouse. It’s genuinely a shambles.

Bonjour, comme vous je pensais ne pas recevoir ma commande. A part un mail pour me dire que la livraison pouvait prendre du temps rien d'autre ni mail de confirmation, ni mail pour me dire que ma commande était en route... Alors super suprise quand j'ai trouvé ma commande dans ma boîte aux lettres au bout de 10 jours (commande passée le 25.01.21 reçue le 03.02.21). Super produit et de bonne qualité. J'espère qu'il en sera de même pour vous.

J’ai passé commande tout début janvier et je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande. Le numero de suivi Hermes indique qu’ils ont le colis mais celui ci n’a pas bougé depuis 1 mois. Le service client ne répond que très rarement. Dégoûtée de ce site que j’aimais pourtant bien jusque la.

Produit jamais reçu( suivi qui ne bouge pas !!!) Service client qui ne sert à rien et qui ne rembourse pas, si j’avais lu les avis avant de commander je n’aurais jamais commandée.

Om een hoop gedoe te voorkomen en geld te besparen kun je beter niet hier bestellen. Begin januari een kwastenset besteld, tracking gaf aan dat het geleverd was half januari terwijl dat helemaal niet zo was. Vervolgens gemaild, werd gezegd dat ze een nieuwe set zouden opsturen en dat ik een ander adres moest opgeven zodat het niet meer kwijt zou raken.. Ik heb geen ander adres dus dat ging niet, had ik terug gemaild. Vervolgens niks meer gehoord totdat ik ze een keer gebeld heb, toen kreeg ik direct een nieuwe opgestuurd met nieuwe tracking. Deze kwam de volgende week (begin februari) al binnen, maar surprise surprise, er lag aan het einde van de week ook nog een pakketje voor me bij een postNL punt met douanekosten. Ik had geen idee dat dit van Morphe was aangezien ik mijn kwastenset inmiddels al binnen had en ook nog wat andere dingen uit het VK besteld had, maar dit bleek dus mijn “verloren” bestelling te zijn. Ik heb de douanekosten betaald en zit nu met 2 kwastensets.. Gelukkig heb ik uiteindelijk mijn bestelling gekregen en wil een vriendin van me de tweede set wel overkopen, maar de service van Morphe is echt belachelijk slecht.

Extremely unsatisfied customer. I have ordered on two different occasions, the first one was during black Friday and my order took over three weeks to arrive when it arrived the package was totally damaged and empty!!!! I contacted Morphe via phone and spent over 37minutes on hold I then resulted to emailing customer service and they took another two weeks to get back to me, once I had received the refund I decided to re-order my purchase as I thought because of Black Friday madness the company was under a lot of strain and pressure. It has now been over a month since I placed my order and still no sign of my order, again I contacted Morphe to find out where my package might be and I am yet to hear a response and it has been nearly two weeks since emailing. Worst customer service ever!! Such a pity because their products are of good quality. I will not be placing an order with Morphe ever again and would not recommend anyone places an order unless they're willing to wait over a month for an empty package to arrive and spend weeks chasing for their return.

Je reviens sur mon avis très négatif posté il ya quelques jours. J'ai bien reçue ma commande (1 semaine est demi) mais j'y croiyais pas vu que je n'avais pas de mail de confirmation ni de numéro de suivis ni de réponse à mes mail insta. Plus les avis ici je ne m'attendais pas à un miracle mais bien reçue ce matin dans ma boîte au lettre. Est les produits sont 😍😍. Par contre je déplore totalement le manque de suivis du colis et le silence totale du service client sa ne met pas du tout en confiance ! Dommage !
