Absolute 5 star experience!!! I've owned a BD Headlamp for a while now, I contacted them requesting assistance with replacement parts since my clip on the battery door of the headlamp had broken. I submitted pictures requesting a price for parts. I was informed the parts were no longer available and they offered to make a one time exception and replace the headlamp at no cost. Communication was fast and direct and the replacement arrived very quickly! I already loved Black Diamond headlamps but will definitely point more people toward Black Diamond!

Had an issue with one of the hiking poles I used in the Grand Canyon and when I inquired about a replacement they sent me an entire new pair! Great customer service and excellent hiking poles...we picked up 5 sets for our friends and family...

Contrairement à ce que disent certains avis le SAV est magique chez black diamond. J'ai acheté des chaussures en magasin, mais je n'avais plus de boîte ni de preuve d'achat. Suite à une discussion cordiale et quelques photos, ils m'ont renvoyé les dites chaussures rapidement et gratuitement. Je n'ai jamais vu ça auparavant. Un SAV comme ça n'existe quasiment plus et vois pouvez le vérifier sur d'autres forums, les avis sont unanimes et toujours très positifs. Black diamond, meilleur SAV du monde!

Order a crossbar for my long distance BD tent. Got it perfectly wrapped and fast. Not a supe expensive buy but perfect transaction.

Bought a Spot 400 Headlamp. Simply fantastic. I am considering now the Storm 500-R to have more battery life. People say the Storm 500-R feels heavier on the head but I think that is not an issue for me.
