I like their products but customer service sucks. I bought a fancy headlamp with a special rechargeable battery. I was charged for both but only the headlamp came. When I asked about it they said they ran out of stock and to keep an eye for when it is available again. No help in either returning my money or getting me the piece I was charged for but didnt recieve. My money hasn't been returned, now I paid 75 euros for a mediocre headlamp and have to wait god knows how long (and pay again + 10 euros shipping) for the piece that should have been included from the very beginning.

I placed an order on January 9th (Order EU127232P) from Black Diamond Equipment Europe GmbH, and more than two months later the parcel has still not been delivered. After waiting several weeks without any update, I contacted customer service. During the process I received contradictory information about the location of the parcel. At one point I was told that the package was ready for pickup at a collection point, but when I contacted the courier directly they confirmed that the parcel could not be located and that going there would be pointless. Customer service later informed me that an investigation had been opened with the courier. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no investigation reference number, no clear timeline, and no concrete update on the situation. Given that the parcel has been missing for such a long time, I have now requested a refund instead of a replacement. Unfortunately, communication has been extremely slow, with long delays between responses and no concrete resolution so far. Considering the reputation of the brand, this experience has been very disappointing. I hope the situation will finally be resolved soon.

La marque est bien mais le service expédition /livraison est farfelu, j'ai commandé 2 fois le même article, une fois non expedié car non encaissé ??? , une fois retourné et toujours non reçu!

Tengo bastante equipamiento Black Diamond.Comfiando en la marca y crellendo que como otras marcas de prestigio responderán a mis solicitudes.Cuan equivocado estaba.Tras la rotura de un bastón ALPINE FLZ.(el más alto de la gama).La única solución que me ofrecen es la compra del nuevo modelo.Por lo tanto he optado por comprar marcas EUROPEAS que tienen una mejor atención al cliente y repuestos por un largo tiempo.(Leki,Dinafit,Petzl,)

Schlechter Kundenservice, keine Rückmeldung. Habe Kletterschuhe bestellt und in der Box wurden zwei unterschiedliche Schuhgrößen geliefert. Ich sehe es nicht ein Gebühren für die Rücksendung und eine neue Bestellung zu bezahlen. Auf direkte Anfrage gab es innerhalb von 3 Werktagen noch keine Rückmeldung.

Habe Handschuhe in Größe M gekauft weil die in Größe S zu klein waren. Kam heute an und jetzt sind beide Paare genau gleich groß obwohl es unterschiedliche Größen sein sollten und auch in einem Paar M drin steht und im anderen S.
