Ordered a few items over a week ago and it still hasn’t shipped. When I called I sat on the phone over an hour x 2 and never got anyone that answered. I emailed them and the agent said it should take 1-2 business days to ship. That is why I was contacting them in the first place it’s been over a week! I emailed two more times, but didn’t get a response this time. I leave my current location in two weeks and am scared the package will arrive after I leave. This is crazy that you can’t even get in touch with one person!

Ich kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschliessen. Kundenservice desastös. Rücksendung auf Lasten der Kunden... und das in Zeiten eines starken Wettbewerbs. Ich kann jeden nur davon abraten, bei Billabong online zu kaufen. Besser man geht in ein Geschäft.

I have received the wrong item from them and the only way to get my money back is to pay for return postage. I have sent them multiple emails and tried calling, staying on the line for up to an hour one time, but no one is answering me! I’m so shocked by the level of customer service, the worst I have ever had, I feel like they have completely screwed me over and made me pay for something I didn’t want.

Do not buy anything from them. A large brand with a parent company that owns Quicksilver, Element and DC Shoes should be better. No response from Customer service is unacceptable. No answer to calls, no email response. Additionally having to pay for returns back to Europe also is really poor. I recently bought a jumper that is not a small in any sense of the word and I have asked for Billabong to pay for postage as under their terms this product is "not as advertised. As mentioned above, I have heard no response and it has just cost me £10 to send back to them. Where much smaller companies across Europe offer free shipping or reduced returns via Hermes, DPD etc. Overall this will be the last time I buy direct and will use Surfdome and others as they are much better at customer experience

Terrible service. I ordered some things for my granddaughter's birthday. There was no notice of how long it would take, but I ordered a week prior, assuming it may be a little late. It took almost a week for me to get notification that it shipped. 3 days later I tried to go on tracking and there was no indication it had shipped, only that a label had been created. 5 days later it has been shipped from Canada and estimated delivery is still a week out. Throughout this I have called customer service, sat on hold for over an hour listening to irritating repetitious music and finally gave up. Emailed them a week ago and no response. Will never buy from them again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I ordered a product a week ago and still have not received an email stating it had even shipped yet. Over the past three days I have called them 3 times and have been left on hold for over 30 minutes each time. I've also emailed them twice and have received no response.

So ein Müll! Auf keinen Fall sollte man hier bestellen, leider schaut man sich diese Bewertungen hier aber erst an, wenn man schon tief in der Schei** steckt - denn mit so einem untergründigen Kunden"service" kann heutzutage keiner mehr rechnen. Mein Paket ist bei der Retouren verloren gegangen. Wegen Vorleistung habe ich mehrere hundert Euro vorab gezahlt. Der billabong Kundenservice ist per Telefon nicht zu erreichen! Es hebt niemand ab, zu keinem Zeitpunkt während der "Öffnungs"zeiten. Auf meine Mail kam nach 2 Wochen eine Antwort "ihr Anliegen hat sich wahrscheinlich inzwischen erledigt- tschüss", wird also nicht gelesen. Unglaublich.

Billabong does not respond to email communication. Called and holding for over 20 minutes. "JOSE" identified as only Jose working for company advised he was unable to put me thru to a supervisor. Billabong, does not care to resolve issues even when proof is presented. Current sale buy one get one 50% off. I had a screen shot picture of the items in question for the overcharge. The charge was correct in my cart; however, order confirmation came back with out correct charge. Only way to get thru is to dispute charges. Processing time is not the market norm. Expect 2 weeks before shipping label is created.
