Horrible!!!!! Never received my order and NO response to my emails and you can’t get anyone on the phone!!! Total scam!!!!!

Product completely different to the one shown on the website. Zero customer service whatsoever - even the email address bounces back. Returns have to be sent back to Belgium at your own expense when the error was with their own website?!?

Oh no, wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering from billabong.co.uk. Returns are at your own expense and are to BELGIUM. It'll cost almost as much as the wetsuit cost to return it. Meanwhile the company do not respond to emails or answer the phone. Avoid.

Bad customer service.bought an item 9 days ago...no sign of it...no tracking service ...no update...nothing. I have written e mails..no response...i have called...they ve hung up after keeping me waiting for 5 minutes with some music. I feel completly abandoned.i shop on line all the time and i have never had such a bad experience like this. Not even during the lockdown. Such a pity because i love their stuff but i dont think i will buy anything else on billabong site.

Ich warte nun knapp zwei Monate auf meine Bestellung. Geld ging gleich bei Bestellung von meinem Konto. Ich bezweifle ehrlich gesagt, dass ich die Ware jemals erhalte. Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht auf meine Nachrichten stattdessen bekomme ich eine Spam Mail nach der anderen. Habe bereits öfters geschrieben mich aus dem Verteiler zu nehmen. Keine Reaktion. Werde nun versuchen mein Geld zurück zu bekommen über PayPal.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased... Very disappointing from such a well-known brand. Did not expect this. Purchased items during a sale but what was delivered was completely different. Now I'm struggling to return these items and get a refund. I've tried calling numerous times over the last 3 weeks with no answer. I've emailed 4 TIMES and nothing. I can't just send these back as the items I have are not what is on the invoice as they're not what I paid for. Very frustrated and after reading other peoples reviews I'm afraid I'll be stuck with these and not be able to get my money back... costly mistake.

Ich habe drei Artikel bestellt, von denen ich zwei zurückgeschickt habe, weil sogar die kleinste Größe XS echt groß ausfällt. Da das ganze über dpd anstatt DHL läuft, war es erst einmal überhaupt viel aufwendiger, das ganze zurückzuschicken. Nun ist fast ein Monat rum und der Billabong-Kundenservice reagiert konsequent nicht auf E-Mails und die etwa 100€ habe ich IMMER NOCH NICHT zurück! Das ist wirklich eine Unverschämtheit, was die da abziehen! NIE WIEDER!

Awful service. One item is faulty. I cant return it because the phone line puts me on hold then it just says, 'call back' after 20 minutes of waiting. The email address on the invoice is fake and the 'contact' form online is ignored. This has been a costly mistake from a brand I've admired for years.
