AVOID this company like its COVID!!! They have absolutely disgraceful customer service, no one responds to emails, no phone number to contact them on! Firstly took nearly 3 weeks to receive my order then returned the items because they are too small due to their sizing guide being completely inaccurate. I followed the procedure they advised and spent more money to pay for the return. AND NOTHING!! It would appear that the whole of Billabong have been wiped out, deleted off the face of this earth. How difficult is it to respond to a customers email? If you are Billabong it's clearly impossible! No refund, No Communication despite multiple emails being sent and No products as I returned them 4 weeks ago. £80 out of pocket disgraceful!! I advise everyone to avoid this company!

Ware wurde zurückgesendet und erst nach 14 Tagen zum Teil erstattet. Ein Artikel im Wert von 45€ wurde nicht erstattet. Telefonisch ist es nicht möglich jemanden zu erreichen. Die angegebene Email Adresse ist nicht aktiv. Die einzige Möglichkeit jemanden zu erreichen ist über das Kontaktformular auf der Internetseite. Unglaublich das bei einer bekannten Firma so eine Abzocke betrieben wird.

This company is a fraud. I wanted to return an item because the colors do not match what's on the website. Despite being a registered user, this is impossible to do without having to bear the costs of returning, which are monstruous. They do not respond emails! I would expect such a fraudulent modus operandi from some obscure company delivering, say, from China, but not from such a known brand.

Ich entschied mich direkt bei Billabong zu bestellen, um nicht den Giganten Z zu unterstützen. Leider kamen damit auch die Sorgen mit der Retoure. In der Versandtüte ist lediglich ein Retourenlabel drin, wo klein die einzelnen Schritte erklärt werden. Es ist tatsächlich nicht kundenfreundlich, wenn noch dazu eine Retoure von 18 EUR gezahlt (Dtl-Bel versichert) werden muss. Dann habe ich hier die Nachrichten gesehen und sofort die Sorge bekommen, dass das ein langer Weg wird zur Rückerstattung. ABER nein, ich habe das Kontaktformular genutzt und sofort eine Rückmeldung und die Lösung bekommen. Vermutlich wurde arg aufgestockt. Wie dem auch sei, ich bestelle zukünftig lieber beim Giganten, dort ist es einfach günstiger - finanziell und zeitlich gesehen. das denkt sich Billabong vermutlich auch.

This company treats their customers like garbage! If you purchase something, be sure you won’t want to return it. I’ve just spent $18 paying a return fee for a $200 bathing suit because of its cheap quality. I’ve received no refund and now the company is refusing to refund me because they supposedly can’t find the item. How is that my fault? I literally payed money to return your item! I’m in debt of both merchandise and money. The stress that this has caused is insane. Typical story of the big bully taking advantage of the little guy. DO NOT waste your money or sanity on Billabong. I’ve never interacted with such an unethical, frankly unlawful company.

Ich habe die Bewertungen für diese Website erst gelesen, als ich die Bestellung schon getätigt habe und hatte mir dann schon ziemliche Sorgen gemacht, dass ich meinen bezahlten Betrag (240€) nicht mehr zurückbekommen würde, auch wenn ich die Artikel zurückgeschickt habe. Ich kann aber hier von meiner Seite aus Entwarnung geben. Bei mir hat alles gut geklappt. Ja, die Kosten für die Retoure muss man selber bezahlen, man kann sie aber sehr einfach über Paypal zurückerstatten lassen, wenn man die Bestellung auch darüber bezahlt. Das hat bei mir innerhalb von 2 Tagen geklappt. Die Rückzahlung von Billabong selber kam 2 Wochen später vollständig auf mein Konto zurück.

Musste zweimal bestellen da bei der ersten Sendung die Hausnummer vergessen wurde und DPD das Paket nicht ausliefern konnte?!🤷🏼‍♀️ Habe das Paket dann von DPD wieder zurückschicken lassen, da man den Kundenservice weder telefonisch („Ihr Anruf wurde zu oft weitergeleitet“) noch per „Email“ erreichen kann. Die zweite Sendung wurde nun zugestellt... JETZT schreibt mir Billabong in einer Email, dass mein Paket (Nr. 1) ja doch zugestellt wurde? Heisst das nun ich bekomme keine Rückerstattung? Habe Gott sei dank mit Paypal bezahlt!

Further to my previous review, it is now 3 months on since I returned 2 dresses and I have had a refund for only 1. They have been replying to my emails slowly, but I have now not had a reply for 3 weeks. Because they have refunded 1 item they think that the issue is now resolved... It is not. DO. NOT. USE. THEM. I am so angry. Absolutely DISGUSTING way to treat customers. Scum.
