I bought a wetsuit for my wife, didn't receive it and when contacted, I was told the order had been cancelled. They pointed out that on the purchase contract, it's says that they can cancel, if they don't have inventory but they did have inventory, when I bought it. I had a Black Friday special price, maybe that was the real reason.

An absolute disgrace , no refund items returned, confirmation received that items returned £400 still waiting, how they get away with this is beyond me, a lot of money very upsetting, Paypal are useless also assisting with complaints, have no idea if ill ever get my refund

Meine Bestellung ist laut DPD zugestellt worden. Das Parket ist aber nicht aufzufinden. DPD keine Antwort, Billabong keine Antwort. Bleibe wohl auf den Kosten (300€!) sitzen.

Meine Bestellung konnte von DPD nicht zugestellt werden, weil Billabong eine fehlerhafte Straße an DPD übermittelt hat. In meinem Kundenkonto ist die Straße jedoch richtig hinterlegt. Billabong ist nicht telefonisch erreichbar und auf zwei E-Mails wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert und dementsprechend DPD auch nicht meine richtige Adresse übermittelt. Das Paket ist nun zurück auf dem Weg zum Versender. Die Ware musste im Vorfeld per PayPal bezahlt werden. Bleibt abzuwarten ob das Geld zurückkommt. Wie ein so großes Unternehmen so miserabel arbeiten kann ist mir ein Rätsel.

I have just received the parcel. Everything as ordered. After reading the review I was concerned but my package is ok and the clothes are great I hope everything will be back to normal because it's a good clothing company

Bitte bloß NIEMALS den Newsletter bestellen! Sie werden ihn nicht mehr los. Seit Monaten bestelle ich ihn ab - das ist denen egal, die schicken immer weiter und weiter und weiter...Sagt viel aus über die Firma.

This company is a scam, the returns process is impossible, still waiting for my refund and my emails are ignored, will not use again , avoid this scam
