DPD delivered my package to the wrong address and have owned up to their mistake but told me I still needed to contact billabong to open an investigation so I can either get my money back or get the order again. Billabong repeatedly keep responding with just a screen shot of the tracking status that says it is delivered, even though I have told them numerous times it has been delivered by mistake to another address. It has been two weeks now and I am going around in a circle. They have no customer service telephone number so you can't speak to a human.

ACHTUNG! BETRUG!

Still waiting for refund about 1130€ Nobody is reacting! I would never order again‘

NIE WIEDER werde ich da was bestellen!

Zero for customer support. Made two orders containing multiple items. I returned one item from first order and never received a refund. I had two items cancelled by the company in second order and again, never recieved refund for both items. I have contacted the company multiple times with no response.
