Very quick and straightforward

Tickets arrived on time
Tickets emailed to me on a Thursday for a Rugby World Cup game in France on the Sunday. The Chat Bot was informative and the email and text service informing me my tickets were on their way helped - text was useful to let me know to watch out for the tickets falling into the spam box, which they did not.
