Professional and sorted everything for me. Got my ticket just fine! However, when I arrived in colombo I discovered on the door pricing for the cricket was 7 pounds and 3 beers should have cost 6 quid (aka 13 pounds total) and I had paid 85 😂 So does what it says on the tin but scalped much.

The process worked, I got my tickets for the women's rugby quarter final match. I would give a 5 star review but the tickets arrived about 10 hours before the match. This would have been fine, but they had stated that they'd be sent 72 to 24 hours. I tried to call them, the phone number was dead. I emailed and received a reply telling me to wait and not to worry. Tbh, I thought I'd been scammed but all was well in the end.
