eTicketing.coReviews of eticketing.co

Incredibly easy to pick seats for football and add them to the basket. The problem for me starts then. The time to purchase clock runs down from 28 minutes. Fair enough, it stops people unnecessarily holding onto them without paying. As soon as pay now is selected the clock immediately drops to 2 minutes. I live in a poor internet area and coupled with a scam warning from my bank I am, as has just happened, timed out of the purchase. As it is I frequently have around 15 seconds left by the time the purchase has completed. A slow connection away from hassle. Unnecessarily painful.

I used Eticketing.co for same-day NFL tickets while in Dublin. I didn’t receive the tickets until 20min before kickoff, so couldn’t get into the venue and to my seat until after the game had started. Also, the tickets I was issued were in a completely different section than what I bought. The sales/support team was not helpful and did not communicate well throughout.

Dear Sir / Madam thanks for late reply. you should give base value and value to change from game to game. With 70% of stadium empty you can not cheat customers the way you have done. Three day before you told will send tickets. Not sent on morning of the match also. Just 4 hours before you are sending the tickets. I have booked 4 tickets for INDIA VS UAE ASIA CUP as 3 of my friends are coming from India . The match does not has any importance nor falls on the weekend holidays like Friday or Saturday or Sunday. Total considering the premium tickets i have spent AED - 2860+81.22+4.06 = AED 2945 (APR USD800) UK POUND 720. Amount PAID TO GLOBAL CREATIVESOLUTIONS My booking date is Fri, Aug 29, 2025 (14:38) Date of of the match is 10-September-2025 ( Wednesday) They clearly mentioned that tickets will be issued 4 to 10 days before the match. I was continuously following up for the tickets from 3rd of September every 24 hours but did not get the tickets So i was forced to Buy the PREMIUM TICKET BY PAYING APR AED 692( APR USD 188) as my friends were coming and it will be embarrassing. I was waiting for the tickets from eticketing so i can sell the tickets they issue or i have purchased to others but they have never sent the tickets for such a non important match on working day. till 10th september 11.51 local time apr 4 hours away from the start of the match. Just 3-4 hours before they have sent the ticket that to at AED 300 ( APR USD 82 / UK POUND 74) Charged amount apr USD 800 Tickets given worth USD 82 Almost 10 times the value and that too not given the tickets on time as per promised. So not able to use the tickets also and i have used the ticket i have purchased on premium category. Causing huge panic situation and financial losses. When i went to stadium it was vacant by more that 45 to 55% ( Photos taken and attached for service providers purpose) I request for reimbursement from the service provider for inconvenience and panic situation generated for that type of simple cricket match. I have already sent mails to them on regular basis. other details as required by service provider will be provided through this platform Thanks for Trustpilot and thanks for eticketing team.

They assigned one of the worst tickets instead of paying premium price. They sell tickets under made up categories which gives them flexibility to assign any garbage. BE AWARE..

Wir haben den 3fachen Preis, plus die Gebühren für das Feuerwerk am London Eye bezahlt. Dafür konnten wir unsere Tickets bereits im Sommer bestellen. Man muss eben abwägen. Der offizielle Ticketverkauf geht im November los.
