Spent well above face value of tickets (2300 GBP for a €950 ticket) BEFORE the very hefty 'handling fee' for category 1 seats. No seat number given at time of purchase. Only received seat numbers a few days prior to event which turned out to be on very edge of Cat 1. They were more Cat 2 than Cat1.

Very professional service. Bought tickets to the rugby world cup final a week before the game. Naturally was anxious about arrival in time and had to make travel requirements. I contacted the company the day after buying the tickets and within a few hour's they had come back to me reassuring tickets would arrive in time. They then had the decency to call me on the day they were arriving by email and said to call or message if they didn't arrive that day or any issues. Tickets worked fine at the stadium printed off and got to fulfil a lifetime experience. Would highly recommend.

Customer Services were very helpful

I booked my rugby world cup tickets on eTicketing.co and received E-Tickets today in email, I would be glad to recommend others to use their services.

Tickets arrived before when promised, have used e ticketing a few times and have had no problems with tickets

They were great and very professional and even offered a better seat for the same amount of money!!

I booked my rugby world cup quarterfinal tickets on eTicketing.co and I received my E-Tickets in email four days before the game. I would be glad to recommend others to use their services. Jaime kept updating me via What’s App regarding the status of our tickets and also answered my question through out. He even congratulated me when my team won.

Was a little nervous buying tickets but all went to plan. I purchased tickets for the RWC Quarter final. The tickets hadn't arrived by Tues so I called. The phone was answered and the team explained they were still processing to the first two QFs and my tickets would be processed on Wed. On Wed my tickets arrived and worked perfectly - great seats. Will use again.
