I ,bought tickets for fifa world cup 6 months ago, the Ticket never arrived, no phone working, I texted them and just said that I need to be quiet, I think theyre scammers, and still are sending into website the same ticket but 5 times more expensive, please dont buy if you dont want to lose youre money.

SCAMMERS! Please listen to the warnings from others.
Come across this company yesterday selling tickets that were £38.50 or less for £250 and more. Despite the event organisers stating that only one company were doing the sales/resales and they were now sold out, this company still persisted that they were legit. How can a customer service agent go onto the website itself and change the time of the event to the right time, in a matter or seconds when approached about it? If they were legitimate wouldn't they have had the correct time it started on to begin with. The positive reviews are fake, please, please, please listen to those who are trying to warn you. I have reported this company to the relevant places.

They are scammers
They are scammers. Do NOT trust getting any tickets from this website. For a $29.50 ticket, they charged me $108!!!!!! And it has an unknown man’s name on the ticket. Told me it’s not refundable. BBB shows them as not a good reputable company.

Still waiting on the promised refund
The seller sold the tickets we purchased on another site. The staff contacted us and offered us C level seats in lieu of the A tickets we purchased. They also offered a 30% refund. We did still get to the event but we were never given the refund we were promised.

Je voudrais laisser 0 étoile malheureusement ce n'est pas possible. Service client mensonger, impossible de discuter pour arranger les choses alors qu'ils sont en tort et menteurs. Plus de 2000 euros perdus à cause de ces incapables et aucun geste de leur part ! Ça fait 6 mois que ça dure et qu'on nous a mené en bateau ouvertement même une fois démasqués ils ont continué leur petit jeu. À FUIR À TOUT JAMAIS

Worst Website.. support non- existing.. the number provided online told me to make a payment at NMH office in Windhoek.. told her that I do not stay in Windhoek.. I got ignored.. needs actual support and more payment options.. this is ridiculous
