I am settled into my new home at long last and feeling new home euphoria. And I owe most(!) of it to my dear advisor Kris Aman from Ethan Allen. Not only do I have several gorgeous well made furniture pieces and rugs from Ethan Allen, I was also fortunate enough to have Kris as a brilliant and trusted designer. I simply gave her a skeleton outline of my aesthetic leanings ("like modern renaissance") and her eye and imagination carried me through every custom home decision. And I can't tell you the number of times I needed hand holding through the process. She was right there! I thought I'd wear her out with my insecurities but she was as gracious as ever. And right! All my worries gor nothing. The house is gorgeous. I have so much to thank Ethan Allen and Kris for. I am truly in her debt for her consistent care and immense gifts as a designer.

I bought a new dining room set: A table with 8 chairs, A buffet table and large picture at the Palm Beach Gardens, Legacy Place, Florida location. Lidia Monti was a huge help with all of my selections. I cannot say enough good things about Lidia. She is always my go to designer. She is phenomenal.

I have had ongoing issues with my kitchen table top. The paint began chipping within a year of purchase. I initially had unacceptable responses regarding the warranty and fixing the issue. Today, Alisha Kline from Maiden, NC called to tell me that they would be replacing the tabletop at no charge. This is the type of customer service I expect from a furniture company like Ethan Allen. A big kudos to Alisha Cline. Judy Brown

We recently purchased a sofa and ottoman from Ethan Allen in Syracuse, NY. It was a wonderful experience! Our salesperson Caroline was professional, knowledgeable, and very focused on our personal taste and style. She went above and beyond to discuss options and never pressured us at all! She even came to our home on delivery day to ensure all went well. The delivery men were meticulous and considerate. They took extra time in bringing in the furniture to ensure knowing would scrape any doorways. Everything was wrapped in plastic which they removed and took with them. Very positive experience from beginning to end. Will be back soon to look at recliners.

I purchased a sofa and love seat from Michael Francis at the Ethan Allen Hilltop location. I had very little experience with furniture shopping. Michael was always patient and helpful. I had a difficult time deciding what I wanted and changed my mind three times. Michael was very knowledgeable about all the furniture and styles and he made my final decision an easy one. He even went the extra mile by coming to my house with two different types of leather since I was torn between two different colors. He was also helpful with assisting me in picking colors for the pillows. He made a stressful situation fun. I felt very comfortable with my final decision. When I got the furniture, I was so excited to see it in person. The leather is very soft and durable. I have gotten so many compliments on my furniture from family and friends. I am beyond pleased with Ethen Allen as a company and highly recommend Michael Francis as a designer. If I ever have to buy furniture again, I will purchase it from Ethan Allen with Michael as the designer. Thanks again Michael!

We ordered our custom sofa, and our experience was second to none. First rate product, service, and delivery. The soca even arrived a month earlier than promised. Thank you Ethan Allen, we only will purchase our furniture from you in the future.

I love love love Ethan Allen. It's very expensive and it takes forever to get your furniture (think 3-4 months) but it's all made custom for you when you order it, they don't carry stock in a warehouse unless you buy something right off the show room floor. Which is nice because typically you can customize the items by color and fabrics. I used their free design advice when we built our home where they send a professional decorator out to measure your space, take your notes and ideas under consideration, and plan out the space for you. You then go to the store if you like where they will show you all the color patterns and decorative items they suggest. It is tons of fun. Their stuff is beautiful and very high quality. For $100-150 they will have their delivery and setup folks come into the home and set everything up - they've very professional. I've also ordered window treatments from them and had them custom-made and installed, same. It's pricey - but worth it.
