Care for the preserved roses is only to limit touching, no water and no direct sunlight. We apologize for any issue with the flower, however as we cannot control the environmental factors around it once delivered, there is no way for us to no why or how this issue may have occurred. Hello! We see that your order left our facility on the 24th of September in order to arrive per your requested date using the USPS shipping option chosen during checkout. Current tracking shows that the item was held by the USPS in New Jersey for an unknown reason and is currently out for delivery today. We do apologize for the inconvenience and delay within the USPS delivery system and will work to improve the process to the best of our ability. Thank you!
