Hello! We are sorry for any issues with your shipment. Tracking shows us that more than one attempt to deliver this item was made before it was listed as awaiting pickup at a local UPS pickup point. While the issue with the appearance of the item was not shown to us with any photo or video evidence to be damaged or effectively different from our online images, we do apologize that or for any inconvenience with the delivery. Hello! We are happy that you are still enjoying your order, and yes the scent does fade over time due to environmental factors. We are working on a scent additive that would allow you to "recharge" it, but that is not yet available for sale.
