Hello, we apologize for your shipping issues with your order. It appears that the address provided during checkout was incorrect and we were only notified after the item had shipped out, followed by a request to help change the address while it was in transit. After we worked with the carrier on your behalf to change the incorrect addressing, the item was delivered within a few days. While we appreciate you taking the time to offer your review, please note that we did all the we could to correct an error that was not caused by our company. Thanks again and have a great day!

Our team responded to your query on the first business day allowed with the return label and our offer to correct the issue with the replacement is our policy. Once the damaged item has been shipped back to us, we will have the replacement sent out right away.
