Don't use this website
Terrible. Like other reviewers, I can't click next after submitting a passport photo. The "auto capture" option is barely functional, and it's unclear if you need one photo of your passport or two. Update: Can't login now and reset my 2FA because they require an ID on file... which, as I pointed out above, was unsuccessful.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Uploading a simple passport photo seems impossible for them to manage. I wouldn't use them unless I had no other options. Figure it out.

Horrible first impression
Horrible first impression. Can't even click next when submitting a passport photo and after reading these other reviews, no thank you.

Terrible onboarding process
Terrible onboarding process. Doesn't let me click next when I try to submit my passport photo. I try to fill out my address, and Japan is GREYED OUT with (ineligible) in brackets. What is the point of allowing funding and deposits with JPY on Kraken if Japan residents are ineligible? Makes ZERO sense.

Etana wants my Political Affiliation
In addition to the front and back of my DL and my social security # they also want a copy of my passport and want to know my POLITICAL Affiliation! None of their business! What does my political affiliation have to do with buying crypto???

Awful verification process
I understand that Etana need to confirm my identity but after asking me a ID card, then driving license, a photography and a bill. What else do you need? What will happen with this information if your side is being hacked?. If you don't trust on me why I should do it with you. I understand you need a document to verify myself but that's too much. After uploading some information then there is no option to delete from your computers. I hope this will be deleted soon. Definetely, I quit.

Poor Communication
Not overly pleased with the communication. I understand that it takes time to verify all of the information but I never received an email explaining the process or time frames. At this point it would be nice to know at what stage and maybe an up to date eta on the verification process.
