Excellent customer service feedback they replied right away and solved our problems

Jill was great

The bike I received is a good ride for it's price. The five star experience is the customer service that was able to respond, and get a new battery sent to me when mine started malfunctioning. If I were to buy another e bike it would be from Eskute

I sent an email about the display not working on my C200 bike. Simon reached out to me the very next day to ask for my shipping address. I received a display and some NFC tags within a couple of days and got my bike up and running again. Thanks Simon!

Simon from Eskute was so kind to work with. Assured me that our issue would be resolved as soon as he could make it happen. Because of Simon, I can spread the word that Eskute not only has an awesome product but also backs its product. THANK YOU SIMON!

Great product

Love my lil dirtbike it goes 34mph ! I bought the ESkute V200 in All Black! The Seat is extremely comfortable and pretty soft. I do wish the battery lasted longer but it does last all day depending on how much battery life you have. it’s a half twist throttle unfortunately but it is good for beginners or for something to learn on and have fun with.

They helped me out by sending out new parts for my bike when it was broken down took some time for the shipping and stuff but they were on it thank you Eskute
