I bought a T300 for my wife . I figured I should try it out and went for a ride. I enjoyed it so much I ordered another one for myself. I then reached out to Eskute to see if I could get the two free helmets because I bought two bikes. Bella from Eskute got back to me telling me she could make that happen. Thank you Bella and Eskute for great customer service. Hoping the T300 Max come to Canada some day.

I bought the electric EKUTE T300 trike from EKUTE in Sep.2026 for my friend. My friend is over 80 yrs old and he had a stroke before, so his arms and legs are very weak. My friend tried the trike and he had a hard time controlling the trike because of his weak arms and legs. I contacted EKUTE asking them if I can return the trike because my friend could not use the trike. Mark from the EKUTE support team replied to my message. He allowed me to return the trike but said EKUTE would charge $400 for the return shipping cost. As an alternative, if I wanted to keep the trike. he offered me $50 as a gesture of goodwill. I wanted to return the trike and when I let Mark known that the trike had 0 km on the odometer, Mark offered a discount on the shipping and they only charged $260. Mark from the EKUTE support team is friendly and helpful. He guided me through the return process and was always willing to answer my questions. Thanks a lot Mark for your help and support. Keep up the good work.
