Ordering the bike was so easy. Received the bike within days and assembly was simple. Great quality bike. Folding it was a bit tough the first couple times but I figured out how to make it easier to handle. The bike is heavy weighing in at 66 lbs. but I was able to move it on my own. Rides great, very smooth ride.

We bought this for our 11 year old granddaughter who refused to ride a bike until she got this. She loves it and we can't keep her off it. Now we can all ride together. Thank you for a great product with lots of bells and whistles. We couldn't be happier

We purchased 2 trikes. Unfortunately 1 was damaged (from shipping). The prompt reply to emails and the replacement process was excellent. Complete follow up and ease throughout our experience. We will definitely recommend this product to others.
