I wrote in because I couldn't get battery going on my Eskute T300. I wrote in and was dealing with Jesse. I wanted a new battery right away.But he told me to do this and this and this. IT WORKED! JESSE SUPER

Bought and assembled the Eskute T300 Trike which was fairly easy using the printed manual, but viewing the assembly videos online assured error free assembly. I had a question on using the throttle function which I contacted customer support about and received timely and helpful resolution of the issue to complete satisfaction.

I ordered the T300 E-trike on Cyber Monday and it was delivered Friday after 4 days. Although it was well packed the seat had a tear in it. I contacted customer service and was immediately shipped a new seat. Easy to assemble. 95% was already put together. All I had to do was install the fenders, baskets and mirrors and put the seat on.

Jenny was great. Although when I originally contacted Eskute about the failed battery, the replacement batteries were out of stock. However, as soon at the battery was back in stock, Jenny contacted me to let me know and shipped out the replacement battery right away. Thank you Jenny.
