I ordered my Eskute e bike which came in with a broken horn. Customer service went above and beyond to accommodate my issues and concerns with the bike. I was issued a replacement and the situation was rectified with care by customer service rep Jade to make my situation right. Very good bike and even better customer service. I will be ordering more Eskute products in the future.

They make a quality well designed value for the money product.they accepted feed back on defects immediately and made engineering changes immediately to address the problems. I would recommend and personally purchase another one of their e-bikes as an upgrade.

I haven't owned a bike for a while, but because of the gas fuel) problem, I've decided to get a 3 wheeler. I did exhausted research and finally decided on the Eskute 3 wheeler T300 I think it was one of my best decisions, I've recently made. I couldn't be happier with my decision. I reached out to Eskute Customer Support when I ran into an issue with an electric bike we purchased for my son. Jade responded to my email within a couple of days with clear troubleshooting options. We exchanged emails over about a week until she was sure I was satisfied with the solution. She was always patient, friendly, and responsive. I would purchase from Eskute again and recommend them to friends. The bike is of good quality and the service I received from Jade was wonderful.

Had a problem with my E-bike, I emailed them response was a little slow but totally understandable.Zhou was the one who helped me and did an awesome job. All I can say is be patient they will help you, not everything is an instant fix.
